Privacy policy

This policy covers arcworkflows.com, the website for ARC Superbrain, run by ARC Strategy Partners, LLC (“we”). It explains what we collect when you visit the site or join the waitlist, and what we do with it. It doesn’t cover the ARC product itself, which has its own terms for customers.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you join the waitlist. That’s the only thing the form asks for.
• Basic technical data that our hosting provider records for every website visit, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use it to keep the site running and to block abuse, like spam sign-ups.

We don’t use analytics or advertising trackers, and the site itself doesn’t set cookies.

How we use your email

We use it to tell you about early access and the launch of ARC, and to reply if you write to us. We don’t sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else handles it

We rely on a few service providers, who process data only to provide their service:

• Netlify hosts the site and stores waitlist sign-ups.
• An email service provider may be used to send launch updates.
• YouTube (Google) plays the demo video. The video loads only when you press play. After that, YouTube may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy.

Links to Calendly and LinkedIn take you to those services, and their own privacy policies apply there.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for launch updates.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email we send. You can also email ken@arcemp.com to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, and we’ll take care of it.

Children

This site is meant for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the effective date above.
